Let us first understand what a belief system is. We all hold certain perspectives about ourselves, others, and life in general. These perspectives are formed through our experiences—not just from our current life, but also from the lifetimes we experience through various incarnations.
‘Belief System’ mostly includes the ‘so-called’ negative or limiting beliefs, and these beliefs can cause hindrances in our life. Some common limiting beliefs we hold are: “I am not good enough,” “Nobody loves me,” “People cannot be trusted,” “Life is a struggle” or it could be anything else that may bring obstructions in our life. These beliefs may manifest as challenges in physical health, psychological well-being, relationships, financial stability, or other areas of life. This happens because we attract into our lives what we constantly emit.
Let us understand this with the example of a radio. There are countless FM frequencies in the air—98.3 FM, 92.7 FM, 103.5 FM—each carrying different songs. However, the song you hear depends entirely on the frequency your radio is tuned to. Essentially, what happens here is an invisible radio frequency becomes a tangible song.
As mentioned in the previous article, we live in a world of infinite possibilities. But the question is: why do only certain specific possibilities get converted into physical reality? This is because the possibility that becomes your reality depends on the “frequency” of your belief system. Our beliefs act as a tuning mechanism. They determine which experiences we align with—and ultimately manifest them into physical reality. Just like an invisible radio frequency becomes a tangible song, our internal belief system converts invisible possibilities into visible life experiences.
